What qualifications and experience do your staff have?

Our NDIS support services team has highly trained professionals with years of experience in health and support services. Our staff hold relevant certifications and complete thorough, rigorous training to maintain the highest standards of care. All our staff hold current first aid, NDIS worker screening, police checks, and working with children checks. We provide induction, manual handling, infection prevention training, and high-intensity support modules. Ongoing supervision, annual refreshers, and professional development ensure that competencies stay relevant and that care consistently meets best practice standards.

Yes! We work with you to adjust schedules and supports as your needs evolve, transforming services to align with your goals and preferences. You are the most important thing for us, and other things come next. If there are any urgent changes, we give them the topmost priority, and our planned reviews keep everything aligned to your goals, preferences, and budget. Our aim is responsive care that remains practical, reliable, and genuinely person-centred.

Service quality is governed by a streamlined and structured framework aligned with NDIS Practice Standards. We invest in ongoing staff training, annual refreshers, and role-specific upskilling. Supervisors conduct regular performance reviews and document observations. Structured reviews include incident reviews, satisfaction surveys, and complaint management with timeline-based actions.

Team members complete a structured learning pathway like induction, NDIS Practice Standards and code of conduct, safeguarding and privacy, Work Health and Safety, infection prevention, manual handling, first aid and other medication support wherever applicable. Role-specific modules cover high-intensity supports, positive behaviour, support awareness, cultural safety, documentation and record-keeping. Development continues through annual refreshers, micro-learning, e-learning certifications, shadow shifts and supervised practice.
